The future of ETR is based upon amplifying what we have already built.  Over the next decade, our aim is to scale our reach, broaden our offerings, and deepen our influence across industries. As Erik Bradley, our Chief Strategist, further explains, “Our foundation, our operations, our data science and analytics teams is ready to take on different industry verticals. Bringing in different community members, all of that I think is going to help our market research and our advisory business going forward.”

The ETR Community is the backbone of all we do. Because its growth fuels company growth, we will expand the Community into new geographies and roles, ensuring that the perspectives we capture remain diverse and representative.

Our future also holds opportunities to strengthen how we partner with clients. Our vision is to continue in our evolution from data provider to a trusted advisor, a collaborator, and a catalyst for better decisions.

Additionally, we are investing in artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and a modernized platform experience that simplifies complexity for our clients. These innovations ensure that ETR remains agile, forward-looking, and able to deliver real-time insights with impact.

Our engineering and research teams are preparing for one of 2025’s most anticipated milestones: the launch of the new ETR Platform. This next-generation platform redefines how clients engage with research, offering advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and sleek, modern dashboards. “The most exciting part of this launch is our dashboard architecture,” said Ralph Terysen, CTO. “It will streamline how clients understand our research while opening doors for dynamic dashboard building and AI-driven guidance that makes insights clearer and more actionable.”
